Insert new Para 3.4.1.1Participation Fees/Honorarium In case bidder does not qualify for any site he shall be paid Rs.5 Lakhs per first site and  Rs.2.5 Lakhs per additional site in case he was eligible for multiple sites. However only those bidders who are truly responsive i.e secure 65% minimum marks under  technical evaluation criterion  would  only be given. Winning firm will not be eligible for Participation fees.

Emergency/Trauma Care Facility

Independent Trauma  Care e i.e. 50 Beded exclusive Trauma ICU with a provision for expansion to 100 Beds will also be Designed. Design DPR consultant will also plan 50 Beded Recovery cum Rehabilitation Unit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Additional fee of Rs 50 Lacs for designing Emergency /trauma Care Facility as given in Ser No 8 above have been included in fee structure of Rs 6.5/7.0 Crores.
